PS: I was told there’s captions on OpenSubtitle that say “Dothraki” on them. what do people watching Game of Thrones who use Kodi as their frontend do during the Valerian/Dothraki dialogues? I’ve been using the HBONow App in the meantime, maybe I’ll have the scenes memorized by the third time I watch them and can use my Kodi then, but for now I’m just curious. But what about the people watching it for the first time? I mean I’m aware that the languages are usually transcribed on the video itself whether I turn on captions or not when I’m watching them on HBO, Blu-ray, or On-Demand. but instead, most of the time the subtitles just say “speaking Dothraki” or “speaking Valerian” That’s works for downloading subtitles mid-playbackīut where exactly is the Valerian and Dothraki subtitles? We’re the transcribers unable to do them? I guess I should be thankful they didn’t try to dictate foreign languages as is and I’d just end up with gibberish on the screen. The most successful method I found was setting up “OpenSubtitles” as a subtitle source. I can have everything working EXCEPT Valerian and Dothraki (and likely any other non English language that shows up in the coming season)
